How it works:
Membership Fees - $200/year (plus 5% GST)
Licensing Fees - Standard RECO Licensing Fees
Insurance Fees - Standard RECO Insurance Fees
The only fixed cost to our agents through our office is the $200 membership fee. Agents are reminded that they must continue their real estate training through continuing education by obtaining enough CEU credits to maintain their license.
